Your role

As an FR Executive, your role is,

  • Responsible for Service Index B2B & B2C, Enhance Network Reach, Network Opex/CAPEX, Compliance Service Index, Low-Cost Delivery, Audit compliance, SoP.
  • Longevity of relationship with the customer (increase Age on Network and reduce Churn). Addressing Customer Issues/concerns, proactive service management.
  • Up keeping of broadband network (Cable – Copper & ODN, Fiber) and Network elements for circle. 
  • Driving Serve to Sale (New Acquisition & Upgrade) through Fault repair team.
