Your role

• Coordination between various internal teams for the delivery of retailer projects
• Coordinating with other PMs & tech teams.
• Coordinating with the on-ground sales team on various issues related to Distributors/ Retailers & FSE.
• Active participation in Audit meetings & closure of any Audit points.
• Providing timely artefacts, Documentation of all the artefacts provided, and Closure of the Audit point by providing systematic and Incident fix artefacts to the audit team, once the product team has done the fix. 
• Creating an SOP, Raising MSI,  raising RARE if needed, and interacting with Finance and RA team.
• Managing Utilities for the Risk team.
• Making DT scenarios for the Customer service team to address the issues.

About you

Use your skills to move the world forward:

• MBA with 0-1 year of experience.
• Internal transfer from Airtel Payments Bank or Airtel with 6 months to 2 years of experience especially sales or customer service team.
