Your role

• Good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical issues in a commonly understood language.
• Should be aware of the End-to-end handling of International roaming customer complaints.
• Should be aware of Roaming IR21 document maintenance and distribution.
• Good Technical knowledge of the Core/PACO network.
• Knowledge of call flow of 2G/3G/4G/5G. Must have good technical knowledge of core nodes.
• Should be aware of the End-to-end International roaming VOLTE/Call/Data Flow.
• Good knowledge of basic Data/Call flow and IR Volte Call flow.
• Good knowledge of SIP, RTP, MAP, and Diameter protocols.
• Should be aware of the working of CSCF, TAS, SBC, MSC/VLR, HLR/HSS, MME/SGSN, and SPGW/SGSN nodes.
• Should be aware of CORE interfaces i. e  S1U,S11,S6,S5/S8,Gi and GRX,IPX.
• Team player and be ready to be on-call.
