Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the editing, client servicing, and customer care teams to understand and deliver against client requirements
• Coordinate with and answer queries from in-house and freelance editors across the globe in a timely and professional manner
• Cultivating solid relationships with editors through providing a great personal and professional environment
• Interacting with editors through email communications, chat, or phone calls if needed
• Having an in-depth knowledge of all processes within the company
• Allocate work to the editor in compliance with client requirements

Requirements

• Open to Fresher applicants
• Fluent English communication and good email-writing skills with attention to grammar, empathy, and internal processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Maintaining a positive frame while dealing with high-pressure situations
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
• Working Shifts: 5-day work week with 2 weekly offs (may be rotational and staggered) and Rotational shifts from 6 AM to 12 midnight
• This is a 100% remote full-time opportunity and you can work from any location within India.
