You will be an integral part of the product team and will be playing a strong role in product discovery, ideation, defining & executing the product and marketing plans.
You will be working very closely with cross functional stakeholders to build new capabilities in line with product vision and drive the vision towards reality.
You will drive end-to-end implementation of specific projects/features for All Access - from feature prioritization, sprint planning, and execution in line with the product roadmap. You are expected to be on top of product execution: must know anything and everything happening around sprints.
You are expected to master your data – look at numbers, seek insights and make decisions daily. Track and report product KPIs highlighting progress and proactively identifying improvement areas, measuring the impact of new features, interacting with users and constantly iterating basic feedback and data.
You will be expected to develop a strong understanding of user experience. Drive and have a passion for user engagement, conduct research required for improvements, define delighting factors that will make the product unique.
About you

Pursuing / have completed MBA from a leading B-School

Strong number crunching and quantitative skills. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. Expertise in Business analytics tools like Google Analytics and CleverTap.
Ability to think creatively and strategically, coupled with strong execution skills.
Effective communication skills with the ability to confidently work with cross-functional teams across the globe and to present information to all levels of the organization.
