What it does: Founded in 2012, Central Square Foundation is a non-profit philanthropic foundation working with the vision of ensuring quality school education for all children in India.

Central Square Foundation is founded by Ashish Dhawan. We are driven by our mission to transform the school education system towards improving the learning outcomes of children, especially from low-income communities. By building an effective and inclusive education system, we can ensure that all children get equal access to the opportunities needed for leading a better life.
In order to achieve our goal, we make grants and partner with social impact organizations to bring innovative solutions to education, as well as work with the government to drive scalable, sustainable and positive impact. We also collaborate with the private sector, nonprofit organizations and other ecosystem stakeholders to build research and create effectively proven tools around critical issues such as foundational learning, early childhood education, classroom instruction methods, technology in education and system governance.
Remuneration will be competitive with Indian philanthropy pay scales and will depend upon the candidate’s experience levels.
