As an intern, you will support compensation analysis, report preparation, and program administration. You’ll maintain employee records, assist with HR documentation, and ensure data privacy. You'll also help with onboarding, offboarding, and data organization for reporting while contributing to HR process improvements. The internship lasts 6-12 months.
Responsibilities
Assist in the analysis of compensation data, salary surveys, and benchmarking
Help prepare and review compensation-related reports and documents
Support the administration of compensation programs, including data entry and validation while ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive information
Assist with the maintenance and updating of employee records in HR systems with a focus on accuracy and data privacy
Participate in the preparation and coordination of HR documentation (e.g., contracts, policies), ensuring that all data is managed securely
Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding activities, adhering to data protection protocols
Work on collecting and organizing HR data for reporting and analytics, ensuring data is handled securely and in compliance with privacy regulations
Contribute to the improvement of HR processes through data-driven insights
About you
Requirements
Master’s in human resources
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
