Your role

In this role, you will assist the legal team with document preparation, daily operations, and professional communications. You’ll manage email correspondence, maintain databases, schedule meetings, and serve as the key liaison between the legal department and other business units.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with legal team to understand D&B’s legal process & business
  • Assist in the preparation of documents and contracts
  • Support the legal team in day-to-day operational tasks
  • Draft and review emails for legal team communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain a systematic filing system for email correspondence for easy retrieval and reference
  • Monitor incoming emails and ensure prompt responses to queries and requests from clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee the maintenance of databases, ensuring all documents are accurately cataloged and up to date
  • Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal coordination between the legal department and other business units

About you

Requirements

  • Any graduate/post graduate aspiring to work with a Multinational brand like D&B
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Email Correspondence Proficiency
  • Basic understanding of corporate finance and corporate secretarial /compliance functions and responsibilities
  • Practical internship experience in Legal, Corporate Secretarial or Finance is preferred
