As an intern, you will manage weekly client interactions, oversee DRS and ESG badge activations and deliveries, update data on the OTMS portal, handle monthly MIS reports, and support additional projects as needed, with an internship duration of 6-12 months.
Responsibilities
Weekly Client Connects for DRS & ERS - gathering feedback, seal installation & activation
DUNS Registered Seal (DRS) Activation & Delivery - Handling the activation process for DRS which includes creating the DRS profile basis, the details shared by the client for the region assigned, coordinating the site visits for validation of information provided, ensuring that the data is aptly updated on the OTMS portal for DRS customers and DUNS# generation, coordination with Vendor for certificate.
ESG Registered Badge Activation & Delivery - Validation of the questionnaire filled by the client, ensuring that the data is aptly updated on the OTMS portal for ESG registered badge customers and delivered the same within stipulated timelines, coordination with the vendor for the certificate.
Managing DRS & ERS monthly MIS
Taking up additional responsibilities whenever required for other projects
About you
Requirements
Graduate or Post Graduate with prior internship experience in the Sales domain
Fluent in English and Hindi
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good Excel skills
