Share point Online Administrator null

Job Summary

A technical role to administer, develop and maintain Euromonitor International SharePoint Online infrastructure. The role sits within the Enterprise Applications team which is responsible for administering a number of core systems that are critical to the successful functioning of the company across the Sales, Finance, HR, Research and Tech divisions. Reporting to the BI Product Manager and working closely with all Divisions.

Responsibilities

• Administering, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint Online:
• Developing and enforcing content clean-up procedures.
• Introducing new sites and improving the user experience of existing sites.
• Developing new and/or enhancing current configuration.
• BAU - support in hours - resolving requests, incidents, and problems when on support in hours.
• Working with wider project teams to ensure SharePoint services and sites are fit for purpose.
• Working on SharePoint Online projects’ delivery:
• Determine and translate customer needs to identify feasibility, and technical requirements and implement solutions.
• Ensure appropriate documentation is created and maintained for all system developments.
• Provide training and support for new and existing SharePoint solutions

Essential Requirements

• Knowledge of SharePoint Online infrastructure.
• Practical expertise in the use of PowerShell (PnP modules and SharePoint Online Management Shell)
• Practical expertise in Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps development)
• Understanding of the Office 365 suite of applications and the Microsoft Azure AD platform
