The Evalueserve story

Founded and incorporated in 2000 by McKinsey's Marc Vollenweider and IBM research manager Alok Aggarwal, Evalueserve started its India operations in 2001. The company started its China operations in September 2005, Chile operations in November 2006, and its Eastern Europe and Romania operations in July 2008.

The company introduced the term 'powered by mind + machine' in January 2015 to describe its offerings and highlight the connection it makes between specialised analysts and the latest information technology. Evalueserve supports this repositioning via selected partnerships (eg the company partnered up with Software AG in April 2015 to gain support with data analysis).

Around 80% of Evalueserve's studies are in Europe and America while around 15% are in Asian markets. The company offers services in around 50 languages with services that include the following:

Analytics

Evalueserve uses its proprietary mind + machine framework to determine the company's present standing and future goals. It then develops data solutions and advanced analytics for valuable insights that decision-makers can use.

Technical interviews are said to include case study questions and guesstimates. The process may take 1 to 3 weeks.

Evalueserve offers an industry-standard basic salary. The average reported annual salary for a business analyst is RS 555,188 while the average annual salary for a research associate is RS 679,344.  The company offers basic benefits which may include annual and quarterly bonuses, health care, vacation leave, sick leave, work from home opportunities, and others.
