Career prospects

Interns

FactSet hires interns across the organization to learn about and actively contribute to FactSet’s business. Many of our internships combine classroom lectures with hands-on assignments, while others involve complete immersion with our teams. You will gain a mentor within your department, interact with representatives from throughout the organization, and learn about our clients’ many different investment workflows. FactSet is dedicated to helping you grow your professional skills and industry knowledge to prepare you for a full-time position. 

Students and Recent Graduates

Each year, 85% of FactSet’s new hires come from campus recruiting. We have a long history of recruiting directly from universities. We attend dozens of career fairs around the world to educate students about our business and company culture, hold mock interviews on-campus, and provide tips to help students ace career fairs.
