Your Role and Responsibilities
- Direct interface with Client Business Sponsors and Client IT Organization to understand road map across Client Business Products Lines of Business.
- Projects span across System Integration, New Product Feature Implementation, Business Enhancements, Transformation and Strategic Infrastructure realignment like migration into Cloud.
- Elaborate Business objectives into detailed Program and Detailed Project Plans.
- Lead, drive and engage Business and IT solution organizations to derive optimum IT solutions and deliver based on Road Maps.
- Ensure Budgets are Procured for the Projects and allocated in phases aligning with Solution Delivery. Have a very good understanding of project Financials to ensure tight controls.
- Complete ownership of End to End solution through providing governance across End Business Sponsors, IT Directors, Architects and Technical Delivery.
- Ability to anticipate opportunities, risks, issues and cross Line of Business/Solution dependencies and take tactical approaches to align with end strategic goals.
- Deliver Business Solutions in Telecom Domain involving large scale Information Technology System Integration.
- Implement solutions involving SAFe methodologies.
- Demonstrate excellent Stake Holder management. Excellent opportunities to work across multiple Vendor services providers.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- MBA from a top-tier business school – preferably in Technology Management/IT Systems/MIS/Project Management specialization.
- At least 2 years of industry experience. Ideally in Information Technology.
- Very strong analytical and communication ability. Should have excellent articulation and oral presentation abilities to engage with IT Directors, Third Party Vendors and Delivery Organizations.
- Ability to understand Telecom Domain, recent trends in industry and Project Management Methodologies like Agile, SAFe and DevOps and apply to the job.
- Strong presentation development and customer presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong facilitation skills to tailor delivery with stakeholders
