Introduction

The Finance & Admin Business Analyst is essential to the ongoing profitable operations for one of the most globally recognized and respected companies in the world. By overseeing our financial activities, you will enable IBM to continue to bring to market ground-breaking innovations such as Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure, and Blockchain technologies, to name a few.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Bank payments and operations knowledge
  • Day to day payment operations work
  • Onboarding/Offboarding of resources
  • Training new resources
  • Pay no pay decisions, investigations, stop payments for non-cheque business exception processing
  • Knowledge of the Banking domain

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Banking knowledge for being able to communicate with all involved parties and service the business properly
  • Back office bank payments business outsourcing operations job
  • Knowledge of Day to day payments work
  • Payment exception handling
  • Pay – No- Pay decisions, investigations, stop payments etc.
  • High quality- and deadline compliant consciousness
  • Good client / business-focused communication skills
  • Very good English skills, also in writing.
  • Good understanding of system interrelationships and dependencies
  • Good Excel capabilities
