Introduction

The Finance & Admin Business Analyst is essential to the ongoing profitable operations of one of the most globally recognized and respected companies in the world. By overseeing the financial activities, you will enable IBM to continue to bring to market ground-breaking innovations such as Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure, and Blockchain technologies, to name a few.

Your role and responsibilities

As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for activities related to the administration of the new account process, document management, mail support, and other responsibilities within the Operations department, while striving to create efficiencies with new and existing procedures

Responsibilities

  • Establish new client accounts in the CRM Database and follow -up on missing client documents
  • Generate, merge, email client welcome letters
  • Archive & Retrieve documents from the database
  • Project and administrative support including data entry

About you

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 0 – 1 Year Experience
  • Graduate degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to process large volumes, in an accurate & timely manner
  • Good typing speed

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Ambitious individual who can work under their direction towards agreed targets/goals
  • Familiarity with the Financial Services sector preferred
  • Proven analytical skills are required to organize and analyze multiple, complex data sets as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under tight timelines
