Your Role and Responsibilities
As a project coordinator/Financial Analyst at IBM Global Business Services (GBS) India, you are responsible for:
- Financial Consolidation & Planning
- Project Budget Forecasting and Management
- Project Invoicing and Reporting
- Business Financial Metrics Analysis
- Resource Coordination and Planning
- Resource Allocation, Effort Analysis, and Auditing
- Identify risks or opportunities concerning revenue, cost & profitability impacts and propose appropriate actions to mitigate them
- Ensure IBM &Client Financial Service Level Agreements (SLA) and timelines are met
- Identify the areas for automation and process improvements
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proven aptitude, problem-solving and communication skills, Passion, energy, and sense of ownership
- Solid understanding of financial management and ability to manage & report the financial numbers accurately
- Ability to learn new technologies/tools quickly
- Expertise in managing report updates for Management reviews
- Excellent understanding & hands-on knowledge of MS Excel including macros.
- Excellent understanding and hands-on creating different data views and presentations in PPT
- Excellent Analytics abilities
