Contract Management: Should have a good legal aptitude, grasp over the basic legal and contract terminologies and end contract structure, and working experience on end to end of contract management activities
Fair knowledge of commercial contracting, other principles underlying the law of contracts across geographies, global standards, and best practices.
Should have minimum 2 years corporate\LPO experience, experience in Contracts (Contract drafting, negotiating, redlining, abstraction, and summarization) preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient working with CLM applications and computer applications such as MS office suite.
Exposure to M&A, Subcontracting, Procurement contracts, Deal Advisory will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
Depends on assigned project guidelines across contract workflow and end to end contract management including administrative activities to maintain contracts repository.
Performance towards Project requirements and meet targets and quality parameters.
