Kingsman Solution started out in 2009 as a firm named Genesis. Based in Bangalore, the firm focused on insurance, wealth, and investment advisory while developing personalised wealth management strategies for individual investors.
Genesis also provides solutions and recommendations for stock trading, cash and futures and options trading on the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange (India), energy traded in MCX, wealth management, trading on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), metals, commodities, as well as wealth management. Kingsman Solutions has served more than 850 clients.
Genesis entered the corporate world in 2015 when it was incorporated as Kingsman Solution PVT LTD. Since then, the focus has been to offer a one-stop-shop solution for all kinds of operational, finance, HR, legal advisory services and solutions to businesses and individuals.
Kingsman Solution's founder is Vishal Bhatt, an engineer of electronics and communication from Bangalore. Vishal completed his MBA from Bangalore's Jain University and afterwards developed two businesses: the Lakshya Group, which provided career counselling to students, and another endeavour which involved trading in the automobile sector across the Gujarat region.
As a stock market enthusiast, Bhatt began dabbling in stocks in 2005. Armed with experience about the stock market, he converted his passion into a business. With over ten years of experience in Indian markets and five in global markets, Bhatt was able to establish Genesis Financial Solutions where he aims to provide the best financial model and portfolio to its customers. With a vision to provide even more financial advisory solutions to businesses and individuals, Bhatt was then able to develop Kingsman Solution Pvt Ltd.
Vishal Bhatt is assisted by Genesis co-founder Vipin Bhatt, who has 25 years of experience in stock market trading. Vipin handles the operations of Genesis and leads the expansion of the company across the Gujarat Region.
The company's vision is to become a PAN India Company by 2020 and help more than 10,000 corporate and individual clients.
