Graduate Programs offered by the company enable fresh graduates in their career who can join the training with an opportunity to build their careers. The program typically commences between February and August every year.

There are two internship programs conducted by the company:

  1. Summer internship program: Summer internships are given to the students in their penultimate year of study. The program runs for 10 to 12 weeks from May or June.
  2. Off-cycle Internship Programs: The program offers interns to join throughout the year during their publishing of typical program dates.
  3. Gurugram Returner Program is an opportunity for the candidates to re-integrate themselves into the financial services sector with a training of 6 to 12 months. After an in-depth induction and training, they will be in a working role. This program is applicable only to Technology, Financial Management groups, and Risk Management Groups.

Recruitment Process

For interns and Graduate programs, the recruitment process happens as in the below steps:

  • Step 2 - Psychometric assessment
  • Step 3 - Video Interview
  • Step 4 - Superday / further interview/s
  • Step 5 - Offer
  • Step 6 - Reference checking and employment screening

Depending on the result at each stage, the candidate would be moved to the next step. They can also track their application status online.

Remuneration

The average basic annual salary of a fresher in Macquarie is INR 5 to 6 LPA.
