The UE team bridges the gap between the users (campaign organizers, donors, and general users) and Milaap. We solve user concerns and problems by coordinating with the other teams to ensure a smooth flow of daily operations, providing the best possible customer service.
The TnV team monitors each campaign on the platform to mitigate the risk of fraud. We perform the entire process of the authentication of the information, right from the campaign review stage to the processing of withdrawals. We also address user queries prioritizing the customer experience as the primary goal.
The Inside Sales team is responsible for creating campaigns/ fundraisers for people who are in need. We help these customers in raising the funds, clarifying their doubts, and providing prompt assistance. The team handles customers’ queries via phone, email, and other digital channels. Everyone nurture leads intending to convert them to customers by explaining how crowdfunding works and starting a fundraiser on behalf of them our website.
The BD team strives to implement new strategies to ensure a smooth flow in the business. We help the campaign organizer and the beneficiary in achieving the goal of the fundraiser. The Campaign Management team coordinates with campaign organizers to understand their need for fundraising. The team acts as the campaign organizers’ point of contact and manages the campaigns from scratch to the end in all aspects to provide a hassle-free experience to the user/customer.
The product team sets the vision, works on the strategy, and implements the offering end-to-end based on customer needs. We build, gather, and evaluate the feedback and finally, measure the performance and constantly update the website and app to enhance user experience. The job is to identify what is working and what is not, and truly evolve towards perfection.
The Public Relations team ensures we leverage that all information about the organization is communicated to our external stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner. We create awareness of the brand, the services, and the industry using storyboards and creative briefs for various mediums such as traditional and new age media and industry events.
The Brand Communications team collaborates with leaders cross-functionally to build a brand strategy that works across various marketing initiatives and is relevant to each marketplace. The team of Passionate Technologists takes care of the entire software infrastructure required to run Milaap. The team focuses on technology researching, designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining Milaap as a software system for various devices like mobile phones, computers, Ipads, etc. And do timely modifications required for the software and the app and its maintenance.

Milaap Lend is a unique digital debt platform that channels funding for small businesses, capacity building, health, education, and sanitation projects in rural India through crowdfunding. Milaap offers a way to increase the social impact of your money through this program. Your contribution goes out as a loan, instead of a donation, to low-income borrowers (mostly women) in rural India. Milaap works with local micro-finance organizations that identify the borrowers and their needs at the grass-roots level and become our touchpoint with the borrower groups.
