Job Description

Milaap is seeking highly motivated individuals with 0-2 years of experience in telesales inbound/Outbound looking to join the Trust and Verification Team. The Verification Associate is responsible for reaching out to Campaign Organizers, Donors, hospitals, and other organizations to procure or validate documents.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 80 calls in a day (depends according to the handling time and connectivity of the calls)
• Reaching out to Campaign organizers, donors, and other parties involved to procure documents.
• Calling and checking the validity of bills with hospitals and other organizations.
• Daily activities (Meetings & Discussions)
• Answering potential customers’ questions and sharing additional information.

Requirements

• +2 pass/ Graduate with good communication skills
• Language: Hindi and English Mandatory+ any local language (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening skills.
• Ability to close the assignments within the time slots given.
