- Create Videos for Social Media Platforms
- Must have working knowledge and understanding of elements of mobile-sized, social media videos — the shareable, engaging and emotionally resonant video for social media platforms
- Responsible for scripting and editing videos
- Make content that engages and inspire
- Edit to optimize larger pieces for shorter, social-focused posts
- While the final decisions on content and message will be decided by mutual consensus, you will have complete creative and artistic freedom
- Sourcing stories for amplification
- Following trending stories to identify campaigns that can be sourced for amplification
- Connecting with the pipeline manager to source stories
- Scheduling and creating a storyboard for shoots
- Remotely directing the shoot with the videographer
Requirements
- Ability to create content for an online audience
- Fluent language and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with the marketing team to understand requirements
- Language Skills: English, Hindi, and Tamil/ Telugu/ Kannada
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining a high attention to detail
- Execute projects with excellence, while adhering to deadlines
- An understanding of how to engage the audience on social media with relevant and insightful content
- Up to date and proficient with industry-leading software and technologies (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, etc.)
- Video shoot, handling of video and audio recording equipment is a huge plus
