Your role

Responsibilities

• Model Development: Create and manage detailed 3D models using BIM software like Revit, and AutoCAD.
• Design Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate various design elements into the BIM model.
• Clash Detection: Identify and resolve conflicts within the model to ensure smooth construction processes.
• Documentation: Assist in preparing detailed drawings and documentation for different project phases.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that the BIM models meet project standards and specifications.
• Data Management: Maintain and update BIM data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the project team.

About you

Requirements

• Educational Background: A degree in architecture or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or similar tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
