This process is a traditional process and it usually takes two to three rounds.
First, the candidate has to take a written test. This is usually an online test that can be taken from any location and at any time. The written tests are usually not difficult and they are designed to measure the candidate’s knowledge on the subject of the interview or position that is being applied for.
The second round of interviews is with technical interviewers who will assess the candidates' ability to solve problems. These interviews are also usually conducted over Skype or phone with some companies using video conferencing software like Zoom or Google Hangouts.
The third round of interviews is with HR representatives who will assess the candidates' skillset, experience, personality fit, etc.
