The Foundation currently works across 21 states, mostly in partnership with state governments. It has developed innovative approaches and programs in every vertical and has built strong partnerships with governments, technology partners, and international organizations (including with Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, Harvard Graduate School of Education, and World Diabetes Foundation). The projects are implemented through Piramal Swasthya, Piramal Sarvajal, and Piramal Foundation of Education Leadership.
Freshers can apply online for roles in departments such as quality assurance, operations, production, technical services, IT, microbiology, R&D, engineering, and supply chain management. Candidates are required to submit their resumes, with shortlisted candidates invited to a phone interview with a member of the HR team. All the candidate queries related to job function, remuneration, facilities are discussed at this stage.
The third stage involves an interview followed by an online assessment, which looks at the candidate’s alignment to the company’s core values and success factors. Based on the second and third stage performance, candidates with the right skillsets are offered the job. Candidates are required to submit their documents at the time of joining.
