Technical Skills

• Graphic Design, Web Designer
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication
• Knowledge of publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, or related tools
• A strong eye for visual composition
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
• Good to have any certifications on design tools, but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials
• Plans concept by studying information and materials
• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
• Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval
• Completes projects by coordinating with different internal teams
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops, training, etc.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Follow the department guideline
• Play a part in keeping the repository organized
• Conceptualizing visuals based on specific requirements to meet/exceed client expectations
• Creating images and layouts using design software
• Use of appropriate colors and layouts for each deliverable
• Work closely with internal teams and create content that tells the story
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
