Your role

How you’ll spend your day

• Acting as a Level 3 escalation point for issues/inquiries.
• Lead development of new services and changes in the existing ones.
• Build integrations and connectors to other systems such as SAP, Exchange, Active Directory, etc.
• Implement custom workflows and approval policies.
• Apply automated solutions to shift operational activities to supporting levels.

About you

Your experience and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Identity and Access management knowledge (not mandatory).
• Software development.
• High skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
